What is a curated pack?
Curated packs combine compatible SupplyPep supplies into one practical setup, so you do not have to build an order one item at a time. Every pack lists exactly what is included on its product page.
Which pack should I start with?
The Pen Curious Pack is a simple introduction to the disposable pen format. The Weekly Warrior Pack is a reusable pen setup with essential supporting supplies for ongoing research. The comparison section on the Curated Packs page shows the differences at a glance.
Build Your Bundle
How does Build Your Bundle work?
Choose one item in each of the three steps to create a custom three-item bundle. Your selections stay visible in the bundle summary, and all three items are added to your cart together as a named bundle.
Can I remove or change a bundle after adding it to the cart?
Yes. Bundles appear as a grouped set in your cart with a remove option, and you can rebuild a bundle from the Build Your Bundle page at any time.
Batch documentation
How do I find documentation for my batch?
Visit the Testing & COAs page and enter the batch ID printed on your product label or QR card. Applicable products also show their current batch record directly on the product page.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 11 AM ET ship the same business day.
